Roberto Carlos was born in 1973 in São Paulo, Brazil. He played for União São João from 1988-1991. He started his professional career here. The left-back, who later played for Palmeiras in Brazil, transferred to Inter Milan in 1995. After playing here for only 1 year, he transferred to Spanish giant Real Madrid. The Madrid team was a turning point for Carlos’ career and achievements.
